100 QV — I’m strict on this one, transport rules apply
150 HHR — and yeah, it’s still an outcall special
200 HR — which is the max listed
Transportation is required for all outcall appointments—no exceptions.

75 QV — I’ll only do this when the schedule lines up
125 HHR — same idea, don’t drag it too long
