Hey, what’s up—so I’m in St. Cloud and I’m still trying to make staying on work. I thought I had it figured out, and then it fell through. Anyway.
I’m pretty quiet, and I tend to stay out of the way. I mind my own business, and I’m honestly good at entertaining myself—Which, okay, doesn’t solve rent, but it helps me cope. I just need a little spot, preferably somewhere down in a basement, as long as it’s not like a dungeon… I mean, if it needs fixing up, I can handle most of that.
Which is weirdly on-brand for me. I used to help my ex-husband fix up houses and stuff all the time, so I know my way around that kind of work. If there’s something I don’t know, I’m a quick learner—cool, I get it figured out.
The problem is I found a really cheap place to rent, but I can’t come up with $1500 at the drop of a hat. And every time I try to save money, it just never works, which is frustrating, not gonna lie. Also, I don’t wanna be nobody’s slave, and I don’t wanna be nobody’s pet.
I’m really just looking for roommates and friends. Like, that’s the whole thing—roommates and friends, not a “deal” situation. That’s it, that’s all I’m asking for, basically.
