Tension doesn’t all feel the same, and neither do hands.
I’m not going through a routine for the sake of it. I work from what your body actually needs, which means I’m moving intentionally through the spots where stress likes to hide, then releasing it in a way you can feel right away. There’s a rhythm to it, a flow most people aren’t used to… until they feel it.
This is a professional, discreet reset. And yeah, I know “relaxation” gets tossed around, but what I’m doing is more about that noticeable shift, the one you feel within minutes—shoulders dropping, breathing slowing down, muscles letting go layer by layer, and your mind finally quieting. Anyway, by the end your body feels reset—like that last little tension layer you forgot was still there is just gone.
The space matters too. Calm, private, and grounding—so it’s actually easier to let go. Cool. Which, okay, it’s not flashy, but it is focused. I keep my schedule limited so each session gets full attention, not a rushed pass. And if you’ve been carrying stress longer than you should, you’ll notice the difference here.
