I’ve got all cash for it, but I don’t have paystubs, so the landlord part’s tricky—Which is where a private landlord or someone willing to co-sign could come in.
I’m specifically looking for a 1/2 bedroom that’s available ASAP, and we can talk details from there—text me and we’ll figure out what works, okay?
Also, I know this is the Phoenix area I keep circling back to—so if you’re in that Phoenix area and you’re open to cosigning, I can keep it straightforward, just not with the paystub situation.
