For outcalls, there’s a deposit required. I’m set up for Palm Springs area outcalls, and you’ll usually see the fastest response if you send it the way I accept: Ca$happ, Chime, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
Outcall availability is there, just not without the deposit for outcall service.
