looking for a perm room to rent or car

Most of the people ive talked to said wait for Coachella to end , well its over. aLooking for a private room for just me andmy dog, hes a old well trained poodle, im very easy to get along with and love to be helpful and cook and clean and will probably spoil you, but also i need alone time just to decompress. i deal with alot of assholes day to day and sometimes i just need to hide away. i dont bring home customers or have alot of stuff . i just finished a 2 year lease but now my income is a little harder to verify, although i do work doing in home health care as well .I can pay, trade, help out with whatever's needed
