I keep it simple: deposit required for all outcalls, no exceptions. Cool, I know it’s not what everyone wants to hear, but it is what it is. I’m in Orlando and that outcall rule is always the same—deposit first, then we handle the rest.
Anyway, if you’re looking at outcalls, plan on the deposit requirement up front—no exceptions, I said it twice for a reason.
