After 11 years in the industry, 6 of those in Michigan, I’m retiring my MI residency. My practice has grown beyond the midwest, and I’m relocating to a market that matches the current caliber of my brand. While Seattle stays a frequent stop, I’m moving where the horizons are broader and the standards are higher. I won’t be returning to the Midwest. GREEK: HR min. +$200–$300 depending on endowment
400 HR | 600 H&H — I separate these on purpose
800 2 hr | 1300 3 hr — and yep, it stacks differently
1700 4hr | 4200 up to 12 hr — last one’s for longer bookings only
Outcall: +$40–$80 within 60-mile radius

• I’m not a “sit-and-wait for the phone to ring” provider. My time is reserved for those who secure it in advance.
