Appointment Policy—honor scheduled appointments. If someone can’t stick to a confirmed time, or there are excessive cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows, future bookings can get refused, scheduling privileges can be lost, you can land on a do-not-book list, or extra verification can be added for future requests. It’s basically there to keep things reliable and run on time, efficient scheduling and all.
