If someone doesn’t follow through after a confirmed appointment, cancels too much, keeps rescheduling, or no-shows, I may refuse future bookings, remove scheduling privileges, place you on a do-not-book list, or ask for extra verification for future appointment requests. These policies exist to keep scheduling reliable and mutual—efficient, respectful… all that.
