I grab a schedule, I go by it, and you contact me a half hour before your scheduled time—hit me up there first, usually faster that way. Wait — if you don’t, I’m gonna assume you’re not coming, and I’ll schedule somebody else, period.
If you’re late and you didn’t contact me, it counts toward whatever time you booked. Please be mindful of everybody’s time… which you already know, but still—just keep it straight.
