To speed things up, send: your name, age, race; the city you’re in; meeting time & day; session length/session type; and where you saw my post. Which, okay, I block all time wasters and no-shows—can’t make that any clearer.
And don’t schedule like 10 minutes before—schedule a day or 2 hours before your preferred meeting time. My schedule doesn’t permit last minute appts—sorry, it is what it is—33.
