Which, also—advance notice matters. I can usually balance other professional commitments better when you give me a heads-up.
Anyway, 2–4 HRS notice from your preferred appointment time, deposit required, and no last-minute appointments.
Phone calls are reserved for guests who have scheduled and paid for a private consultation. I know it sounds strict, but it helps keep things professional—plus, I can’t do the time-wasting inquiries thing.
