Virtual sessions and content only. Payment is due PRIOR to virtual sessions and BEFORE content gets sent out. Payment DUE 15 mins before the session and at least 10 mins before receiving content. Which, okay, if you’re late, don’t be surprised that things don’t move—this part matters.
If you’re requesting certain customized content: allow up to 12 hrs to receive. You’ll be notified if you fall into that category. And yeah, I’m keeping that same policy consistent—like, no bait-and-switch between what I say and what you get.
You’ll need Snapchat available, plus Google Meets or FaceTime. I don’t click links you send me, and I don’t answer any video requests without payment. Cool, I’m keeping it simple. I also don’t provide previews before payment.
Refunds aren’t available—see below for more details. If you cancel your session or request after you’ve submitted payment, you’ll have 24 hrs to reschedule. Reschedule has to be within 72 hrs of your original scheduled appointment date. In the event you don’t reach out to cancel or reschedule, your original payment will not be refunded—wait, I know that’s harsh phrasing, but it’s the rule as written.
Accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis for extending your rescheduled appointment if you can’t reschedule within the standard 72hr policy timeframe. No refunds allowed—only rescheduling, or changing the request type from virtual to content and vice-versa.
You may also choose to use your payment toward an in-person session when I begin to host again, which I’m mentioning because people ask.
DO NOT Facetime vid me prior to texting, as you won’t be answered. Only FT audio is acceptable—FaceTimes won’t be answered. FaceTime is only allowed after approval.
