I love working out, and I love helping others—also doing my hair. It keeps me pretty and sexy, honestly, and I’m not gonna overthink it.
Which, okay, it’s not just the hair part. I just feel better when I’m moving and taking care of myself, and when I’m helping other people with that same vibe—kinda—except I’m mostly talking about feeling good and staying on top of my own routine.
I check my hair a lot, and if I’m focused on that, my whole day feels smoother. Anyway, that’s the point here—work out energy, body attention, and hair that looks right.
