Wait — there’s also therapeutic massage (15 minutes) in there, and that’s meant to release physical tension while opening energetic pathways. Then breathwork & somatic awareness to deepen your embodied presence, plus energy activation to awaken dormant vitality and sensory aliveness. Which, okay, the last part is integration—so everything gets grounded instead of just floating off.
