The rules are simple: it applies to BBBJ oral only. If I can get you to bust before 10 minutes off of oral, then you would owe me the— and yeah, I know that’s not the clearest way to say it, I get it. Usually I’m thinking through the timing in the moment, not writing it out like a contract.
